Support
AXIRN turns the sensors in your iPhone into live instruments. If something doesn't work the way you expect, the answers below cover most questions. For anything else, email support@axirn.dop.io with your iPhone model, iOS version and the screen you were on. AXIRN has no account, so we can't see your data; please don't send Health readings unless you want to.

Requirements
- iPhone or iPad with iOS 26 or later.
- LiDAR needs an iPhone or iPad Pro with a LiDAR scanner. Face Tracking needs a TrueDepth camera. Ask Your Sensors needs a device that supports Apple Intelligence, with it turned on.
- When your device doesn't have a sensor, AXIRN says so on that screen instead of showing a number.
Permissions
- AXIRN asks for a permission when you open the screen that needs it, or from onboarding step 04 ACCESS. Nothing prompts at launch.
- If you said no, the screen shows a warm status and an Open Settings button. You can also go to iOS Settings › Apps › AXIRN.
- Health access is read only. Choose which types AXIRN can read in the Health app › Profile › Apps › AXIRN. HealthKit doesn't tell apps when read access is denied, so an empty Health history can mean no samples or no access.
- Notifications are requested only when you turn on your first alert rule.
Data Access
Every source has its own switch in Settings › Data Access. A source you turn off never starts, on any screen, pin or widget.
Common questions
- A reading shows "—". The sensor has nothing to report yet, isn't available on this device, or needs permission. AXIRN never fills in a guess.
- Weather says Offline or Unavailable. Apple Weather needs a network connection and Location access. Tap Retry on the Weather screen.
- Heading asks for calibration. Move your iPhone in a figure-eight away from metal and magnets.
- The horizon isn't level. Open Attitude, turn on the camera view and use True Level or Center Horizon. Onboarding step 03 also sets the level.
- Readings stop in the background. iOS doesn't keep these sensors running for apps in the background. Readings and alerts run while AXIRN is open; widgets show the last real reading with its time.
- The widget says OPEN APP TO SAMPLE. Open AXIRN once so it can take a reading for the widget. Choose the widget's source in Settings › Widget, or long-press the widget › Edit Widget.
- Bluetooth shows no devices. Turn on Bluetooth and allow AXIRN to use it. AXIRN only listens to advertisements and never connects to a device.
- Ask Your Sensors is unavailable. The screen shows the exact reason: the device isn't eligible, Apple Intelligence is off, or the model is still downloading.
Your data
AXIRN has no server, account, ads or analytics. Readings stay on your device. To show weather, Apple's WeatherKit receives your location. Deleting the app removes its settings, pins and widget data. Details are in the privacy policy.
